Tank liner can plug the hole and not let enough gas through. Take a good flash light and look down in the tank, you should be able to see the outlet.

Zenith is 1 for idle and 1.5 for main – this is for a C, I assume Super C is the same. If it has a Carter carb the specs are probably about the same, but I don’t have one of those.
1/7/2011 · Turn the airhorn (upper part of the carburetor that the float hangs from) upside-down. Hold the airhorn perfectly level. The seam on the float should be perfectly level also (parallel with the gasket surface on the airhorn). Adjust the little tang on the float to get the float parallel to the airhorn surface.
